AntWorks 3D Printing
3D printing is changing every year, with new technologies coming onto the market almost every month. At AntWorks, we want your product to be the best. If 3D printing is the way to go, we can offer functional mockups and short production runs with our FDM printers. If you needs are greater than ours, we can always find the right partner to print your product for you. Check out our capabilities below.
Reverse Engineering.
Do you have parts you can’t get anymore? Why not make ideal, short production runs are our specialty!

We have a variety of ColorFabb materials available. With superior melt strength and dimensional stability, these deliver advanced bridging capabilities to create stronger and more detailed items – with low odour and low emissions.
The ability to 3d print with various materials on your desktop 3d printer seems to be very important for many users. Therefore colorfabb ventured into the world of composite materials, like woodFill, bambooFill, bronzeFill, brassFill, XT-CF20 and copperFill.
We primarily use the Stacker S4 printer for functional prototypes and small-use parts which are not mission-critical.

Carbon Fibre products with, industrial-grade composites, featuring continuous carbon fibre and fibreglass tape for unrivalled part strength.
Combining the exceptional performance of continuous carbon fibre with the ease of FFF printing to produce high-performance parts that are stronger than steel, lighter than aluminium, and can operate continuously in the toughest environments.
Continuous carbon fibre or fibreglass tape is applied along critical load paths in a process called Micro Automated Fibre Placement (µAFP). Layers of highly loaded continuous fibre tape are laminated to build fully-dense, reinforced sections two times stronger than steel at <1/5 the weight (up to 2,500 MPa tensile strength and <1.5 g/cc).
Our PA6 nylon with carbon fibre reinforcement boasts a tensile strength 30x stronger than ABS and a high fatigue level—making it great for high-wear manufacturing jigs and fixtures.
Fibreglass-reinforced nylon is a low-cost material which renders lightweight, high-strength and corrosion-resistant parts—making it ideal for sporting goods applications where parts are exposed to the elements and have a low per-part target cost.
